Questions people ask before they commit

Can you do cash on delivery?
Yes, and properly: order confirmation, courier handover, and reconciling what the courier collected against what you are owed. Most platforms treat it as an afterthought.
Which online payment methods can you connect?
Tell us which providers you already have a merchant account with and we will confirm exactly what we can integrate before anything is promised. We do not list an integration we have not built.
Can it use my usual delivery company?
Often yes — it depends on whether they offer an integration. Tell us who you use and we will check before you commit.
Will online orders mess up my shop stock?
Not if we connect the two. If you also run a POS, online and in-store share one stock count.
