Questions people ask before they commit

Can you take over a system another company built?
Yes. It is one of the most common things we are asked to do. Send us access or a link and we will assess it before quoting.
What if the previous developer will not hand over the code?
Tell us the situation. Often more is recoverable than people expect, and we will tell you plainly if it is not.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
That is written into the support agreement rather than left vague. The exact response times are being finalised — ask and we will tell you what applies today.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No. We can work with your current hosting, or take it over if you would rather have one party responsible.

You own the code and the data. Full source and credentials are handed over at launch.
